Test – Does The Instant Knockout Really Improve Performance?

To test whether the Instant Knockout supplement really improves performance when it comes to working out I decided to do a little test.

On Monday and Tuesday I got on the treadmill and turned it up to 5.5 mph and stayed on it until I felt like I had to get off.

I did not use the supplement.

Results without using IK;

  • Monday – I was able to stay on for 34:24 before I felt like I had to get off.
  • Tuesday – I was able to stay on for 37:12 before I had to get off.

Average = I was able to stay on at 5.5 mph for an average of 35:48 minutes without IK.

I then gave myself a break from the treadmill and the next week on Mon and Tue I hit the treadmill again but this time I used Instant Knockout.

Here’s the results with IK;

  • Monday – I was able to stay on for 1h 12mins and 38 seconds before I had to get off.
  • Tuesday – was able to stay on for 1h 04mins and 22 seconds before I had to get off.

Average = Using IK my average time went up to 1 hour 8 minutes and 30 seconds!

I just felt energized and kept pushing through.

Conclusion: Without IK I stayed on the treadmill for around 35 minutes and with IK I stayed on for around 1h 8mins which is almost DOUBLE the time I could stay on the treadmill.
